Job Summary: A professional responsible for janitorial services, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and minor repairs in high-end condominiums. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of common areas 2. Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs 3. Supervise service providers and maintenance activities SERPO HIRING 4990 \- JANITOR Responsibilities: \* Conduct daily inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance; \* Supervise service providers and maintenance activities within the condominium; \* Collect and properly dispose of garbage; \* Read and collect water meters; \* Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
