This is an opportunity for detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professionals responsible for reviewing architectural projects according to the Construction Guidelines, inspecting construction sites, conducting post-construction inspections, issuing notifications, and overseeing regularization processes. The professional will also be responsible for structuring and implementing inspection processes; controlling and archiving technical and administrative documentation; preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports; and assisting clients and professionals by clarifying Association regulations and procedures.
