We seek a Construction Coordinator with solid experience in strategic management of vertical construction projects, capable of leading technical teams, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring high operational and financial performance. **Key Technical Responsibilities** * Coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously; * Validate execution schedules and physical and financial S-curves; * Ensure compliance with physical\-financial planning and the projected margin; * Monitor performance indicators (schedule, cost, productivity, and quality); * Supervise multidisciplinary project coordination; * Control measurements, contracts, and budget reprogramming; * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards and technical norms; * Implement standardization and continuous improvement of execution processes; * Report strategic results to the executive board. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience coordinating vertical construction projects; * Proficiency in physical\-financial planning and cost engineering; * Operational experience and proficiency in Sienge and Prevision systems (preferred); * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards applicable to civil construction; * Preferred: Power BI, BIM, and indicator analysis. **Employment Type and Benefits** * CLT employment contract; * Business hours: Monday to Friday; * Unimed health insurance plan; * Uniodonto dental insurance plan; * Pharmacy benefit program; * Meal allowance; * Mobility assistance.
