Responsibilities: As an assembly operator, you will assemble and finish decorative pieces made with special stones, using tools such as drills, cutting saws, and pliers. This includes preparing materials (bases, structures, ornaments), assisting in stone fixation, and ensuring final product quality. Additionally, you will maintain an organized workplace, care for equipment and tools, and support the overall artisanal manufacturing process according to established standards. Proactivity is expected: identifying and suggesting process improvements, anticipating needs during complex piece assembly, and proposing solutions to optimize workspace organization and maintenance. Continuous learning and attention to detail are essential to contribute to the workshop’s innovation. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary: Salary expectations will be discussed. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.300,00 - R$2.800,00 per month
