" **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Resolve common hardware, software, and network issues Guide users on proper usage of systems, tools, and IT best practices Install, configure, and update computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Assess machine performance and physical conditions. Ensure compliance with software licensing. Identify connectivity failures and resolve basic issues. Manage user network access (accounts, permissions, passwords). Assist in implementing security policies (passwords, access controls, backups). Monitor antivirus software, updates, and security alerts. Support employee awareness initiatives regarding digital security. Support the IT team in infrastructure expansion or upgrade projects. Prior experience in this role is desirable. **REQUIREMENTS:** Basic knowledge of hardware (assembly, maintenance, component replacement). Software and application installation and configuration. **Basic networking knowledge:** TCP/IP Fundamental information security concepts (antivirus, password policies). Organization and control of IT inventory Strong communication skills for user support Responsibility and confidentiality regarding internal information **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields. **COMPENSATION:** Salary based on candidate expectations **BENEFITS:** Health insurance after probation period, meal allowance R$35.00 per day, and transportation allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday \- Business hours. **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
