Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:** * Ensure compliance with construction execution schedules; * Manage required materials and equipment; * Monitor and ensure the quality and technical standards of work performed by teams; * Ensure workplace safety (occupational safety); * Maintain constant communication with teams and managers regarding work progress; * Resolve problems and unforeseen issues arising during construction; * Coordinate and guide teams across various work fronts. **Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation; * Proven experience as a Construction Master in infrastructure and building projects; * Experience in construction scheduling planning and management; * Proficiency in applicable safety and quality regulations; * Skill in managing operational teams; * Basic computer literacy (use of spreadsheets and electronic records). **Desirable Differentiators** * Technical courses in construction or construction management; * Experience with industrial projects and/or land subdivisions; * Occupational safety certifications (NRs 18 and 35\). **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * **Field Experience:** Demonstrable prior experience in civil construction, specifically in infrastructure, earthworks, and land subdivision projects; * **Drawing Interpretation:** Ability to interpret topographic, drainage, pavement, water and sewage network, layout, electrical, and other technical drawings; * **Construction Knowledge:** Knowledge of asphalt or interlocking pavement construction, drainage, water and sewage networks, cut-and-fill volume control, and compliance with topographic survey plans.
