




Job Summary: Infrastructure Analyst for IT to ensure stability, security, and performance of the network infrastructure, protecting against cyber threats and ensuring connection quality. Monitoring and Incident Response We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our technology team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our internal network infrastructure, guaranteeing connection quality for servers and users, and strengthening our defenses against cyber threats. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Network Management: Design, implement, and manage local area network (LAN/WLAN) infrastructure, including switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling.** **Connectivity and Resilience: Monitor and optimize internet link performance, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and quality of service (QoS) for critical applications and users.** **Cybersecurity: Administer and configure firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection systems (IPS/IDS), VPNs, and other security solutions to protect the network from internal and external threats.** **Server Administration: Manage physical and virtual servers, ensuring implementation of security policies, updates, and backups.** **Monitoring and Incident Response: Use monitoring tools to proactively identify performance or security issues and respond rapidly to incidents.** **Governance and Policies: Develop and implement information security policies, access control, and compliance with industry best practices.** **Specialized Support: Serve as escalation point for complex network and security issues, providing specialized technical support to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Proven experience in corporate network administration, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLANs.** **Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, with hands-on experience configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.) and perimeter security solutions.** **Experience managing network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPNs (IPsec, SSL).** **Familiarity with virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper\-V) and operating systems including Windows Server and/or Linux.** **Ability to diagnose and resolve complex connectivity and performance issues.** **Advantages** **Experience with endpoint and email security solutions (antivirus, anti\-spam, EDR).** **Knowledge of network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG).** **Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Security\+).** **Basic automation scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).** Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
