




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: – Assist in setup (chuck replacement, fixture change, drawing retrieval, cutting tool change) and operate the machine according to work instructions, control plan, and FO; – Perform dimensional inspection of parts per FO and control plan, and make necessary dimensional adjustments; – Conduct visual inspection of produced parts and report any anomalies to the setup technician; – Identify and segregate non-conforming parts generated at the workstation; – Monitor productivity and quantity of parts produced on machines per OP; – Return measurement instruments to Quality Control weekly; – Complete inspection record forms on the back of the OP, as specified in the control plan (machine release is the responsibility of the setup technician); – Record production data in the system and fill out the hourly production board according to workstation training; – Contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness; – Perform other duties compatible with the requirements and specifications of the role, including procedural or activity changes resulting from technological advancements. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: – Prior experience in CNC lathes and machining centers preferred; – Completed high school education; – Training in CNC Machine Operation / Basic Mechanics. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
