**Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?**
* Assist in receiving new merchandise, verifying invoices and purchase orders, unloading products, weighing, selecting samples, and directing items to storage areas according to company-defined procedures.
* Store merchandise by product type, line, and brand, organizing goods safely per storage guidelines to facilitate identification and handling.
* Prepare merchandise for distribution by picking items per order and/or invoice and loading them onto trucks.
* Maintain the department and equipment clean and organized to ease merchandise handling, while also sorting recyclable and reusable materials.
* Assist in labeling (reissuing labels and/or relabeling products), when required, as well as in the cabiding process.
* Conduct inspections of stored merchandise, identifying and flagging defective or damaged items per departmental procedures.
* Participate in inventory processes, counting pieces, products, components, and other stored items to control and account for company assets per audit requirements.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Must-have qualifications:**
* Education: Completed high school.
* Computer Skills: Basic Microsoft Office suite.
* Technical Competencies: Familiarity with warehouse and logistics routines is desirable.
