Description: * Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, IT, or related fields. * Interpersonal skills and communication ability to interact with various client departments. * Logical and analytical reasoning, systemic vision to analyze processes and suggest improvements, and an owner’s mindset to drive change. * Experience in process automation and BluePrism Foundation Certification. * Preferred: knowledge of programming languages. #LI-AM1 #LI-HYBRID * Identify automation opportunities, suggest improvements, drive process changes, develop robots, and foster enhancements, ensuring the automation lifecycle. * Develop automations in Blue Prism software according to best practices and established governance, flagging potential risks and issues that may impact the project. * Conduct testing of developed solutions and act autonomously with an owner’s mindset across all project phases within a multidisciplinary squad comprising the RPA Projects team, Control Room team, and client department. * Manage robot execution in production, ensure maximum efficiency and optimal SLA for the client department, flag potential impacts, and implement continuous process improvements. * Will interface directly with multiple departments. 2512070202191646666
