Preventive and corrective IT maintenance **Job Description:** We are looking for an **IT Analyst** to administer and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of systems, networks, and equipment, as well as providing technical support to users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain the company's computer network. * Provide technical support to users and IT equipment. * Perform testing, updates, and improvements on existing systems. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals. * Install and maintain surveillance cameras (CCTV). * Perform installation and organization of structured network cabling. * Create, configure, and maintain user accounts and access permissions to systems and data servers. * Ensure information security and data integrity. * Assist in the procurement process of IT equipment and products. * Manage and provide support for internet, telephony, and tracking services. * Perform internal and external tasks related to the IT area. **Requirements:** * **Technical Course in Computer Science** or related fields. * **Proven experience** in the Information Technology field. * **Experience with hardware and software**, including equipment maintenance and configuration. * Knowledge of computer networks and technical support. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and organization. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities.
