Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. **Job Description:** We are seeking an **IT Analyst** to manage and maintain the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring proper operation of systems, networks, and equipment, as well as providing technical support to users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain the company's computer network. * Provide technical support to users and IT equipment. * Perform testing, updates, and improvements on existing systems. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals. * Install and maintain surveillance cameras (CCTV). * Install and organize structured network cabling. * Create, configure, and manage user accounts and access permissions to systems and data servers. * Ensure information security and data integrity. * Assist in the procurement process for IT equipment and products. * Manage and provide support for internet, telephony, and tracking services. * Perform internal and external tasks related to the IT area. **Requirements:** * **Technical Course in Information Technology** or related fields. * **Proven experience** in the Information Technology field. * **Experience with hardware and software**, including equipment maintenance and configuration. * Knowledge of computer networks and technical support. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and organization. * Ability to solve problems efficiently. * Good communication skills and teamwork.
