Learn more about us at: www.clubecandeias.com/trabalhe-conosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, offering full support and answering any questions customers may have; * Register membership titles; * Update member records (email, address, and phone numbers); * Analyze installment payments and issue duplicate payment receipts; * Identify payment discrepancies and forward them to the Finance Department for review; * Review requests to modify payment plans, implement approved changes, and record them accordingly; * Assist members in accessing the Member Portal; * Forward requests regarding invitation exchanges for analysis; * Analyze complaints and submit reports to the responsible department for review. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school; * **Experience:** Customer-facing experience; * **Computer Skills:** Basic proficiency; * **Basic Portuguese knowledge:** Strong grammar and spelling for clear written communication; * **Active listening:** Ability to fully understand customers’ needs and concerns. **Additional Information** * **Compensation:** BRL 2,104; * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 650.00 monthly via Caju card; * **Transportation Allowance:** As established by law; * **Parking:** The company provides private parking for cars and motorcycles; * **Life Insurance:** Provided by Porto Seguro Insurance; * **Health Plan:** After the probationary period, Unimed APS health plan with 50% co-payment for procedures listed on the Unimed fee schedule. Coverage extends to dependents; * **Dental Plan:** After the probationary period, Uniodonto dental plan with no co-payment.
