Additionally, this role requires providing technical and conceptual support to the team, interacting directly with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders, demanding resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain high-performance **Back\-end systems** using **Golang** and **Python**. * Define and implement **scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures**, aligned with industry best practices. * Collaborate with data and business teams to investigate issues and opportunities within LNO integration services. * Build views and dashboards for performance indicator evaluation. * Support teams in technical agendas with LNO strategic partners. * Act as a **technical reference** within the organization, defining coding standards and innovative solutions for major challenges. * Resolve critical, highly complex problems, influencing the global strategy for incident prevention and response. * Define **observability strategies** and ensure systems are effectively monitored, turning data into strategic decisions. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Experience with Go and Python; * Solid experience with Cloud services; * Knowledge of messaging services; * Solid knowledge of observability; * In-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture. **Additional Information** -------------------------- This is an affirmative position for women, as part of our commitment to advancing gender equity in the workplace.
