Our client is a technology company focused on debit and payment solutions, developing digital products that connect businesses and consumers in an automated and scalable manner. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and evolve systems and applications according to business requirements * Participate in defining architecture and technical solution design, including documentation * Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices * Identify and fix bugs, while continuously improving systems * Write and maintain automated tests (unit and/or integration) * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, design, data) to build solutions * Support defining and evolving development standards and best practices * Monitor application performance and propose optimizations * Document technical solutions and processes when necessary * Support junior developers and share knowledge within the team Requirements: **Education** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related field * **Experience** * Experience in software development or related areas: Backend * Frontend * Full Stack * Software Engineering * Systems Development **Technical Knowledge** * Google Suite (intermediate level) * Programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) * Frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular or similar) * SQL and/or NoSQL databases * Git (version control) * REST and/or GraphQL APIs * Automated testing (unit and integration) * Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) * IT governance applied to development * CI/CD * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) Monitoring and logging (Datadog, New Relic or similar) * + **Preferred Qualifications** * Scalable and distributed system architecture * Microservices and messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) * DevOps practices and CI/CD * Application security (OWASP and best practices) * Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience in startups or fast-growing technology companies * Observability (logs, metrics, tracing) * Automated testing and quality-oriented culture * Technical English for reading and documentation Benefits * Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 1\.200,00 (iFood) * Mobility Allowance: R$ 600,00 (iFood) * Health Insurance: 100% covered by the company \+ co-payment upon usage * (Unimed implementation starting July 2026\) * Dental Insurance: 100% covered by the company, no co-payment * Training and course allowance * SESC benefits * Birthday Leave * Remote Work: 1 day per week after probation period
