Strategic vision and results-oriented focus Our client is a construction and real estate development company seeking a professional to work in the coordination of commercial and residential construction teams. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate engineering teams; Develop managerial reports; Plan construction projects; Monitor construction schedules; Supervise all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standards; Provide technical oversight of construction projects; Control service quality; Verify asset security and site safety; Conduct risk analysis and mitigation; Manage contracts for labor, services, and equipment; Represent the company to clients, suppliers, and public agencies; Participate in developing new construction methodologies; Work on developing new technologies that add value to the company and its team; Perform other duties relevant and necessary to the role. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or related fields is desirable; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Proficiency in construction management systems; experience with Sienge is a plus; Knowledge of Prevision is desirable; Availability for PJ (individual contractor) engagement; Leadership and team management capabilities; Clear, assertive, and empathetic communication skills; Strategic vision and results-oriented focus; Creativity and innovation in solving challenges; Flexibility to adapt to change; Ethics, commitment, and integrity; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Balneário Camboriú **State:** SC
