Blumenau, SC Mid-level About the Role: We seek a developer with solid Python experience to build and evolve a microservices-based architecture. The main challenge will be developing high-performance APIs using FastAPI, applying software engineering best practices such as DDD and Clean Architecture, and contributing to code quality through automated testing, monitoring, and continuous evolution of the technology stack. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and maintain microservices in Python using FastAPI. ✔ Create efficient, secure, and well-documented REST APIs. ✔ Implement integrations with internal and external services. ✔ Define and apply architectural patterns such as DDD, Clean Architecture, or similar. ✔ Write automated tests (unit and integration) to ensure system quality and stability. ✔ Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB. ✔ Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, participating in application deployment processes. ✔ Monitor, analyze, and optimize microservice performance. ✔ Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and technology stack evolution. ✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads, including Product, Design, QA, and Data. Requirements: ✔ Solid experience with Python 3\.x. ✔ Experience with microservices architecture. ✔ Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL. ✔ Experience with automated testing, preferably using pytest. ✔ Knowledge of version control with Git (GitFlow or trunk\-based development). ✔ Familiarity with containers, especially Docker. ✔ Experience with CI/CD pipelines. ✔ Ability to write clean, organized, and easily maintainable code. Nice-to-have: ➕ Experience with messaging systems such as SQS and SNS. ➕ Experience with cloud services, especially AWS. ➕ Knowledge of observability (structured logs, metrics, and tracing), such as Datadog or similar tools. ➕ Experience with API authentication and security (OAuth2, JWT).
