Provecon invests in continuous training and offers an environment where **technical excellence, empathy, clear communication, and openness to new technologies are valued.** If you are looking for a place to build a solid career in Personnel Department, where you can make a difference in the lives of our clients' employees, continuously learn, and be prepared for the future of labor legislation — this is the right environment for your professional growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform payroll calculations (salaries, deductions, benefits, charges) according to current legislation * Conduct employee onboarding — documentation, registrations, legal records, and system integration * Carry out employee terminations with accurate calculation of severance benefits and proper documentation * Organize and maintain up-to-date personal employee files (workbooks, medical exams, documents, contracts) * Assist in preparing labor documents (contracts, agreements, notices, communications) * Monitor and communicate legal deadlines (vacations, notice periods, leaves, accrual periods) * Support answering employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, labor rights — in a clear and empathetic manner * Perform data verification of registration and payroll information prior to monthly closing * Assist in issuing collection forms (FGTS, INSS, taxes) and validating transmissions * Participate in monthly payroll closing under supervision * Maintain organization of digital and physical files according to labor legislation and retention periods * Pursue continuous professional development on labor legislation, basic understanding of Tax Reform and its implications for HR * Participate in technical training on eSocial, labor legislation, internal procedures, and training on using technologies and AI tools in people management * Demonstrate openness to exploring new technological tools that optimize operational work * Act with humanity and professionalism in all interactions with employees, clients, and team members **REQUIREMENTS** Essential: * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration, Human Resources, People Management, or Accounting * Technical knowledge in payroll and basic labor legislation (CLT, workbooks, labor rights) * Minimum of 6 months of experience in Personnel Department routines (payroll, admissions, terminations) * Intermediate proficiency in Excel (formulas, calculations, pivot tables) * Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically — capable of explaining technical concepts in an accessible way * Organization, attention to detail, and strict commitment to deadlines (labor legislation does not tolerate delays) * Empathy and interpersonal skills — comfort in handling sensitive situations (terminations, personal employee inquiries) * Curiosity and genuine desire to constantly learn — including about new topics (Tax Reform, evolving eSocial) * Openness to using technology — no resistance to new tools, automation, or AI in people management Desirable: * Prior knowledge of the Questor system (payroll module) * Previous experience in accounting firms or structured HR departments * Knowledge of eSocial (transmission of labor events) * Experience processing vacations, leaves, and notice periods * Understanding of social security legislation (contributions, rates, benefits) * Familiarity with the G\-Click system (process management) * Interest in Tax Reform and its labor implications — curiosity about how fiscal changes affect people management * Basic experience with AI (ChatGPT, productivity tools) — even in a personal context * Human-centered profile — demonstrates genuine interest in people's well-being, not just rule compliance
