Systems Analyst

Job Summary: Mid-level Systems Analyst to work on automation, application development and integration, user support, source code maintenance, and technical documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Working on automation, application development, and integration 2. Providing user and module support, including incident analysis and resolution 3. Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI **Work Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 6:05 PM**; * **Employment Type:** CLT – On-site; * **Location:** Itajaí, Itaipava neighborhood **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and implement automation, application development, and integration within the environment. * Provide assistance, analysis, and support to users and modules, including opening and resolving incidents with third parties. * Maintain the source code repository properly organized and up to date. * Prepare detailed technical documentation of processes. * Perform queries on Oracle and SQL databases. * Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI. * Identify patterns and trends in data, providing insights. * Ability to understand business rules. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. * Knowledge of programming languages. * Proficiency in ORACLE SQL, Procedures, Views, Packages. * Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards. * Data modeling. * Systems Analysis techniques (Structured Analysis, Object-Oriented Analysis, Essential Systems Analysis). * Support and train users, as well as propose process improvements. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of TOTVS (Consinco, Winthor), SENIOR (Softran) (Preferred). * Python, Delphi, Power-Bi, ORACLE or SQL databases (Preferred). * PL/SQL tool (Preferred). **Benefits:** * Health insurance * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Day OFF after 12 months of employment * SESC membership * Free parking Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
