Job Summary: An export professional responsible for coordinating the entire export process, from negotiation to container delivery, ensuring smooth operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate food export processes from start to finish 2. Work with international clients and suppliers 3. Prepare and analyze export documentation **LEARN ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Food export company" **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Entering and updating complete information in the system; Providing customer service (via email/phone) to international suppliers and clients to follow up on the entire process, from closing negotiations to container delivery; Providing necessary support and planning to producers and/or clients to ensure smooth operational processes, including pre- and post-shipment activities; Preparing, issuing, and analyzing export documents; Collecting payments from clients; Conducting claim analysis; Participating in departmental projects; Requesting courier services to send documentation to clients; Analyzing and managing additional shipping labels, including validation with the importer; Scheduling shipments and sending shipping schedules to importers; Final review and validation of all required certificates. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 1 year of experience in export processes; Advanced English proficiency; **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in International Trade (COMEX) or related fields. **\*\*COMPENSATION:** \*\*Salary based on candidate expectations + benefits (Health Insurance, Education Allowance, Meal Voucher) **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
