Job Summary: The Internal Assembler is responsible for assembling, adjusting, and finishing assemblies and equipment in accordance with technical drawings and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production departments. * The Internal Assembler is responsible for assembling, adjusting, and finishing assemblies and equipment in accordance with technical drawings, project specifications, and company-established quality standards. * Key Responsibilities * Assemble mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and equipment according to technical drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions. * Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, calibrations, and fastenings to ensure proper component functionality. * Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, tolerances, and assembly specifications. * Correctly use hand, pneumatic, and electric tools, as well as measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, tape measures, levels, squares, etc.). * Verify assembly quality, identifying and reporting non-conformities or opportunities for improvement. * Support basic functional testing of assembled equipment, where applicable. * Maintain an organized workplace by adhering to 5S practices, safety protocols, and internal regulations. * Comply with safety procedures, properly using PPE and safeguarding one’s own physical integrity and that of colleagues. * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production departments to contribute to process improvements. * Record activities per internal procedures (checklists, production orders, time tracking). \* Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance
