Assistance with funeral procedures and guidance for family members **Position: Funeral Driver** **Location: Macaparana** **Employment Type: CLT – Monthly Salary** **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.179,00 \+ commissions \+ overtime We are seeking a responsible, empathetic, and committed professional to work as a Funeral Driver, providing respectful, discreet, and professional service to families during delicate moments. Prior experience in the funeral industry will be considered an advantage. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license (Category B or higher) * Previous driving experience (preferred) * Strong communication skills and public-facing service ability * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment * Flexible availability * Emotional balance to handle sensitive situations * Discretion, ethics, and respect when serving families * Basic knowledge of local routes in Macaparana, Surubim, and Timbaúba **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Rotating shift schedule between day and night shifts: * One week on day shift * Next week on night shift (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM), including 2 hours of rest * Weekend work possible per rotating schedule, with overtime pay in accordance with current legislation **Main Responsibilities:** * Transporting bodies from hospitals, residences, and the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) * Safely and responsibly operating the funeral vehicle * Conducting transfers for viewings and burials * Assisting with body hygiene and preparation when necessary * Decorating funeral caskets, arranging flowers and clothing * Ensuring proper presentation for viewings * Receiving and guiding family members with empathy and respect * Providing information regarding funeral procedures * Assisting with body release coordination with competent authorities * Verifying required documents for funeral procedures **Benefits and Commissions:** In addition to the fixed salary, the professional may receive: * Commission on sales of funeral caskets * Commission on casket upgrades/exchanges * Commission on sales of funeral plans * Commission on designing and selling floral wreaths * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance when necessary * Overtime pay in accordance with current legislation Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
