




**ACTIVITIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES** * Produce dough for traditional breads, specialty breads, cookies, and other bakery products; * Shape, cut, and portion dough according to the bakery’s standards; * Operate and monitor ovens, fermentation chambers, and other equipment in the department; * Ensure correct fermentation timing for products; * Maintain product quality and consistency according to bakery standards; * Clean and organize tools, equipment, and the work environment; * Monitor inventory of department supplies (e.g., flour, yeast, dough conditioners) and report replenishment needs; * Assist in developing new products and testing recipes; * Comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations; * Work collaboratively as part of a team and support other departments (confectionery, customer service, production). **PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge and experience in bakery operations is an advantage. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS** * Minimum age of 18 years; * Resident of Itaperuna; * Willingness to learn. **WORK HOURS, DAYS OF THE WEEK, AND BREAKS** * Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch); * No work on Sundays. **COMPENSATION** * Monthly salary: R$2,179.26 + benefits. **BENEFITS** * Breakfast/afternoon snack provided at the company; * Partnership with Atendcard; * 10% discount on purchases at the bakery; * Discounts at SESI clubs; * 50% discount on JOB courses, extendable to dependents. **Company Information** Our team is united and collaborative—colleagues often become friends.
