**Main Responsibilities** * Perform daily factory billing for stores, customers, and other operations; * Issue Fiscal Invoices (NF-e), Electronic Cargo Transport Documents (CT-e), and Correction Letters; * Execute batch billing and maintain organized daily records; * Verify supplier NF-e against Purchase Orders (values, quantities, and taxes) and record in the system; * Verify CT-e and purchase documents for system entry; * Identify and resolve fiscal discrepancies, requesting corrections when necessary; * Process returns of Fiscal Invoices from stores and suppliers; * Record return NF-e in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in billing. **Benefits** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Dental insurance (available after probation period); * Open English language program; * University partnership agreements; * Commuter bus service.
