Liaising with internal departments and contracted companies for environmental guidance **Environmental Programs Management \- Boslan Part of Accenture \- Electric Power Sector** Position for **Environmental Programs Management** at **LDAT Braúna\-Pádua**, focused on technical operational support to field teams, evidence management, and environmental compliance of activities carried out by Enel's own and contracted teams, within Enel Rio's operations and services. **Location / Coverage** State of Rio de Janeiro (Residence in the **Northwest region** is a plus). **Main Responsibilities** * Support the implementation and monitoring of Environmental Programs applicable to activities (construction, maintenance, and operational routines), ensuring compliance with legal requirements, licensing conditions, procedures, and client guidelines; * Conduct environmental inspections using checklists, record evidence (photos/reports), issue non-conformance reports, action plans, and track resolution progress; * Monitor deadlines, status, and evidence related to legal requirements and environmental commitments (licenses, authorizations, approvals, technical documentation, and associated obligations), maintaining updated indicators; * Support document management (organization, traceability, and consolidation of evidence), including materials for client reporting and audits where applicable; * Support field environmental controls: waste management (traceability/disposal), hazardous material control, spill prevention, effluent controls, and good practices at construction sites and bases; * Provide technical support for managing environmental incidents and emergencies (e.g., spills), including documentation, investigation support, corrective actions, and lessons learned; * Liaise with internal departments and contracted companies, advising on requirements, evidence, and record-keeping standards; * Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and monitoring dashboards (Excel/Power BI), consolidating indicators and compliance status; * Support training/orientation initiatives for both internal and contracted teams on environmental best practices and program compliance; * Support internal/external audits and client requests related to environmental compliance (where applicable). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related fields; * Proven experience in operational environmental management (inspections, compliance, evidence handling, environmental controls) and/or monitoring of environmental programs, preferably in the electric power sector; * Experience managing legal requirements and documentation/reporting routines; * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts; macros/VBA preferred); * Intermediate Power BI knowledge (dashboard and report creation); * Familiarity with environmental legislation and applicable regulations (CONAMA, INEA, IBAMA, and municipal ordinances) and field best practices; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel and perform field activities. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organized with strong attention to deadlines and evidence; * Analytical mindset and problem-solving focus; * Strong written and verbal communication skills (liaising with internal departments and contractors); * Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative attitude; * Comfort with technology, data, and control routines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in power distribution, substations, transmission/distribution lines and networks, and management of contractors; * Experience with environmental audits and/or ISO 14001; * Knowledge of waste management and traceability routines (waste manifests, proof of disposal, and controls); * Experience with document management via SharePoint/Teams and standardization of evidence; Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Internet allowance * Life insurance * Remote work * Meal voucher * Food allowance Screening Question(s): * Do you hold a valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B)?
