Job Summary: As a Senior Environmental Analyst, you will oversee investments, environmental licensing processes, and environmental conditions, prepare technical analyses and opinions, and supervise contracts. More than vehicles travel our roads — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Senior Environmental Analyst, your main responsibilities will be: * Monitoring the execution of Arteris Fluminense’s environmental investments; * Preparing georeferenced maps and environmental analyses; * Monitoring environmental licensing processes related to the company’s investments; * Monitoring and analyzing compliance with environmental conditions; * Drafting Terms of Reference for contracting environmental services; * Evaluating and validating environmental reports related to the execution of Basic Environmental Programs (PBAs); * Monitoring and supervising contracts with environmental service providers; * Monitoring environmental indicators using departmental dashboards; * Preparing technical opinions and responses to environmental agencies and other stakeholders; * Supporting the management of environmental supervision teams; * Contributing to construction contract management, ensuring compliance with environmental guidelines; * Assisting in fulfilling contractual obligations and the Road Operation Plan (PER). **Requirements and Qualifications** **It is important that you have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or Forestry Engineering; * Knowledge of environmental licensing and implementation of PBAs; * Experience with ISO 14001:2015 standard; * Experience preparing technical environmental reports; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI; * Knowledge of georeferencing tools (QGIS and/or ArcGIS); * English language proficiency; * Database management skills; * Driver’s license category B; * Residency in Campos dos Goytacazes/RJ or mobility to relocate. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Medical Assistance; Dental Plan; Telemedicine; “Cuidando de Perto” Program (Close Care Program); Emotional Health Program; Well-being Platform; Arteris Baby Program; Diversity & Inclusion Program: Official document name rectification for transgender and non-binary individuals; Meal or Food Allowance; Pharmacy Allowance; Transportation Allowance; ArterisPrev (Supplementary Pension); Payroll-Deductible Loan; Childcare Assistance (for women with children up to age 6, or men with full legal custody); Life Insurance; Birthday Day Off; 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; Flexible Working Hours (administrative staff only); 1-day-per-week Remote Work (administrative staff only); UAD — Arteris University of Development.
