The Senior Network Analyst is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s network infrastructure, servers, and virtual and cloud environments. They directly manage firewalls, servers, public clouds (AWS), virtualization platforms, backup and security tools, ensuring high availability, performance, and integrity of services. They are also responsible for advanced support activities, automation of routine tasks, infrastructure project monitoring, and FinOps. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Infrastructure and Network Management** * Administer and monitor firewalls (Fortigate and Meraki), ensuring network security and availability. * Administer virtualization platforms (Hyper\-V), Windows and Linux servers, as well as the AWS cloud environment. * Ensure proper management of Active Directory, including creation and maintenance of network users and access control. * Administer storage systems, switches, and other components of the corporate network. * Manage corporate telephony. **Operations and Maintenance** * Maintain backup solutions (Veeam), ensuring data integrity and availability. * Execute batch processing routines and IT operational activities. * Administer and maintain tools and systems used by the company, including TeamViewer, Distribuidor, CDA, and SIACC. * Ensure management of third\-party access to the organization’s systems and resources. * Administer corporate antivirus solutions. * Maintain the Helpdesk environment, supporting the team and guaranteeing service level agreement (SLA) compliance. **Support and Service Delivery** * Provide Level 2 support, resolving complex incidents and assisting the Service Desk team. * Deliver direct technical support to end users and interns, ensuring quality service and effective issue resolution. **Automation and FinOps** * Implement and automate operational processes using tools such as PDQ Deploy. * Perform FinOps activities, including AWS cost reporting and recommendations for expense reduction. **Projects and Innovation** * Monitor and support the implementation of infrastructure and networking projects. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for on\-premises and cloud environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Professional Experience:** Proven experience in network, server, firewall, backup, advanced support, and cloud environment administration. * Desired knowledge: Active Directory (AD), Backup and Recovery (Veeam), Windows and Linux Server Administration, AWS – Cloud and FinOps, Firewall (Fortigate, Meraki), Communication Networks (Switches, Storage, connectivity), Corporate Systems (TeamViewer, Distribuidor, CDA, SIACC), Corporate Telephony, Process Automation (PDQ Deploy, PowerShell or equivalents). **Additional Information** Benefits Package: * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher / Parking * Health Insurance * Dental Assistance * Childcare Assistance * Life Insurance * Wellhub * Profit\-Sharing Plan (PLR) Work Model: On\-site We are a nationwide company, a market reference in Capitalization, and part of the Silvio Santos Group — a solid group with over 65 years of history and tradition.
