If our energy resonates with you, come talk with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support general Human Resources Department activities, helping keep departmental routines up to date; * Contribute to timekeeping closure, onboarding, vacation, and benefits processes; * Assist employees by clarifying questions and providing day-to-day support; * Help organize departmental documents and data; * Participate in process improvement by suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency and organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in Human Resources Department routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization or solid knowledge in Human Resources Department processes. **Additional Information** * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively; * Aptitude for managing deadlines and complex tasks.
