





**What we expect from you:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in receiving, inspecting, picking, and handling goods. * Experience with the SAP system is considered a plus. * Desired ability to manage priorities effectively. * Capacity for learning, practical application, and consistent adherence to company procedures, policies, and regulations. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Conduct quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial goods (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length/quantity, item reference, color tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepare the physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Record all relevant information regarding received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) on the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Store goods in the correct warehouse location by reading the receiving document to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Label products lacking or having defective barcodes, and affix security labels to theft-prone items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are ready for sale. + Sort goods according to flow typology—e.g., store-bound or warehouse-bound goods. + Release goods for storage at the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage teams to carry out storage (receiving voucher). + Carry out anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received goods, maintaining smooth vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard and correct operation of material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cage carts). + Maintain organization of equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Stack pallets safely to prevent damage to property and injury to personnel. + Keep the receiving area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receive shrinkage-validated goods from Retail, perform qualitative and quantitative inspections, and place shrinkage-identified items in designated disposal areas. + Receive supplier returns validated by Retail, conduct qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedule pickup. + Receive shipments for Technical Support, perform qualitative and quantitative inspections, and schedule pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Pick RSS (Reserve Stock) items, identify products, and communicate picking details to the Sales Department. + Assign physical locations for goods, maintaining physical stock reservation and rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Deliver goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Pick and inspect goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and make them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Counter or for carrier pickup (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restock products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Store goods and ensure inventory quality and reliability. + Review daily orders generated by the Sales Department, verify data consistency in orders (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, item references, availability), organize orders chronologically, and release them for billing. + Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding delivery timelines. + Report any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assist the Logistics Supervisor in optimizing warehouse slotting (e.g., setup, rotating inventories). + Process daily cancellations of RSS orders. + Record shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintain strong relationships and serve as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborate with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Report any goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serve as the primary contact person at the Goods Pickup Counter. + Be responsible for personal work equipment. + Comply with safety regulations.
