If you identify with this and are interested in joining our team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform administrative and operational activities related to fuel distribution, based on the company's internal instructions, guidelines, and standards. * Schedule vehicles via system according to demand planning; * Analyze planning tool (D\+7\), sales, and inventory levels of fuel volumes to meet sales requirements; * Validate scheduled volumes against vehicle requirements by coordinating with transporters based on the monthly transportation plan; * Contact transporters to prospect vehicles and resolve potential issues impacting operations; * Monitor and track logistics cycles in real time; * Follow up on the execution of the daily operations plan for collections and transfers to replenish depots; * Identify and address operational deviations; * Manage electronic timekeeping based on routine management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Basic English. **Preferred:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; * Knowledge of Power BI. **Skills:** * Dynamism; Flexibility; Adaptability; Resilience; Sense of urgency; Interpersonal skills; Communication skills; Planning and organization. **Additional Information** We are one of the largest fuel distributors in Brazil, part of Glencore Group, a multinational corporation and the world’s largest commodities trader and global leader in commodities.
