Grow with us! **Job Mission:** Supervise boiler making and static equipment maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient execution within established deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\- Supervise internal and contracted field inspection teams, ensuring compliance with boiler making activities and complementary disciplines. 2\- Control routine boiler making service costs and deadlines, preparing annual budgets and monitoring expense execution. 3\- Monitor service provider companies, lead execution teams, and perform service contract measurements. 4\- Manage personnel and materials for the boiler making discipline, ensuring adequate resource availability for activities. 5\- Plan execution strategies, resources, and necessary contracts to meet service requirements, participating in alignment and planning meetings. 6\- Conduct HSE audits of service contracts, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health standards. 7\- Schedule services for boiler making resources, cargo handling, and transportation, coordinating and verifying the execution of planned field activities. 8\- Support planning of monthly and annual maintenance, defining field activities and coordinating verification of scheduled plans and resources. 9\- Update installation locations and cluster assets via IBM MAXIMO, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of records. 10\- Commit to continuous improvement in business performance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability. Always act in compliance with the SSMS Management System. 11\- Perform other responsibilities consistent with the nature of the role at the immediate manager's discretion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Naval, Electromechanical, Welding, or Mechatronics fields; * Communicative and organized profile * Proven experience in maintenance within the O&G sector; * Knowledge of IBM Maximo and SAP software; * Familiarity with maintenance concepts and regulatory standards; * Knowledge of Technical Standards Applied to Welding Inspection Processes; **Additional Information** Interested in the challenge?
