




Job Summary: We are seeking a Coordination Assistant to work in Elementary School (Early Years), performing public service, managing teaching materials and documents, and facilitating pedagogical coordination. Then this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide service to internal and external stakeholders (parents, students, and teachers); * Request and deliver classroom teaching materials upon request from teachers, counselors, and/or coordinators; * Carry out operational tasks related to disseminating announcements, notices, and similar communications; * Receive, record, register, organize, and archive documents within the scope of responsibilities; * Maintain ongoing communication with the pedagogical coordination team, counselors, and teachers; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy; * Knowledge of active methodologies and innovative pedagogical practices; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * **Additional Information** * 44-hour workweek; * CLT employment contract; * Benefits: Health insurance, dental insurance, birthday leave, transportation allowance, and meal allowance.
