The Watchman will be responsible for monitoring the hotel premises, ensuring the physical integrity of employees, guests, and property. This professional must have a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. * Conduct patrols throughout the hotel premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, to ensure site security. * Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, recording any incidents or suspicious behaviors. * Control access of visitors and suppliers, ensuring that all follow established security procedures. * Respond to and record security incidents, communicating effectively with management team and other departments. * Collaborate with local authorities in case of security incidents. * Maintain accurate records of patrols, activities, and incidents occurring during the work shift. * Suggest improvements to security procedures when necessary.
