




Requirements: - Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; - Proven experience in general services, cleaning, or facilities management. Responsibilities: - Team management: cleaning, security, reception, and maintenance services; - Contract and supplier management; - Monitor and manage contracts with third-party companies to ensure services are delivered as expected; - Building maintenance: coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment to prevent issues; - Planning and execution: participate in the planning and implementation of renovation and facility improvement projects; - Security: supervise physical security measures and personnel access control; - Resource management: administer supplies required for operations; - Performance reporting and problem resolution. Salary negotiable + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Health and Dental Insurance Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
