Identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with area managers, proposing solutions aligned with institutional needs. Act as a process multiplier for the company by participating in training sessions, supporting procedure execution, and contributing to document updates. Coordinate improvement projects from scope definition through implementation and results monitoring. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and clients, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon requirements for process execution. Develop and monitor performance indicators for implemented processes. Promote self-development to continuously improve professional performance. Comply with regulations, institutional policies, and quality standards. Participate in performance evaluations and/or internal surveys when required. Maintain confidentiality of departmental information. Attend periodic medical examinations, trainings, courses, meetings, and events organized by the company.
