The professional will be responsible for the production and preparation of breads, doughs, and other bakery products, ensuring exceptional quality and flavor for our guests. * Produce and bake breads, rolls, baguettes, cookies, and other bakery products according to established recipes and standards. * Prepare doughs by mixing, fermenting, and kneading according to menu specifications. * Ensure product quality by strictly following recipes with precise ingredient quantities and correct baking times. * Monitor raw material inventory, ensuring ingredients are always fresh and sufficiently stocked for production. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and baking equipment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team in executing special menus, such as artisanal breads, whole grain breads, and other specialty items. * Ensure the quality of bread and product presentation, adhering to standardization and finishing requirements. * Conduct recipe testing and adjustments when necessary to continuously improve product quality. * Assist in production control to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization. * Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations for both the workplace environment and produced items.
