





We are expanding and looking for a professional to join our **Human Resources** team, focusing on **Recruitment & Selection** and **Payroll Department**, for fully **remote** work, with direct contact with candidates and clients from different regions. **Main Responsibilities** **➡ Recruitment and Selection** * Posting job openings on portals and social networks * Screening and calling candidates * Scheduling and conducting online interviews * Supporting vacancy management and talent pool * Monitoring end-to-end selection processes **➡ Payroll Department** * Assisting with hiring, termination, and digital documentation control * Time tracking, benefits administration, and registration updates * Supporting payroll processing and closing routines * Managing and organizing electronic employee files **Requirements** * Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields** * **Proven experience** in R&S and Payroll routines * Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, job platforms, etc.) * Strong communication skills, organized, and dynamic profile * Availability for remote work during business hours **Compensation and Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * **Hybrid work (biweekly meetings at the Lagoa Nova/Natal office)** * **Remote setup assistance (internet / power)** * **Birthday day off** * Collaborative environment and internal growth opportunities **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job type: Permanent CLT Salary: BRL 1,625.00 - BRL 1,850.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance
