Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and serving customers, presenting procedures, clarifying doubts, registering customers, and handling appointments and after-sales activities. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service following franchise standards. 2. Multi-channel communication with customers. 3. Focus on presenting procedures and after-sales support. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** Receive customers visiting the unit; Provide customer service in accordance with the service standards of the BotoEsthetic franchise network. Receive and make contact via utilized channels (telephone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and others); Present available procedure options, explain how they are performed, their benefits, positive outcomes, before-and-after images, pricing and payment terms, and other relevant information; Clarify any customer questions regarding specific procedures; Register new customers in the systems; Schedule and confirm appointments with customers in advance; Notify the technical team about customer arrivals; Carry out after-sales activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Reside in Natal . Completed high school education; Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in aesthetics or healthcare sectors; Proficiency in Excel and Word. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in aesthetics or healthcare clinics.
