




Job Summary: This administrative internship offers the opportunity to support general routines, client service, document control, and cross-departmental support, contributing to internal organization and processes. Provide support to HR, Finance, and Procurement departments **ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN** **Job Description:** Support general administrative routines, such as document organization, archiving, and information control; Assist with telephone reception and reception of clients and suppliers; Develop and update administrative control spreadsheets, such as cash flow and financial reports; Provide support to Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement departments by performing operational and organizational tasks; Assist with office supply inventory control and reorder requests; Collaborate in organizing internal meetings and events, handling logistics and preparation of materials; Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable, as well as issuing invoices and bills; Support contract management and supplier/client registration in the internal system; Support routine compliance and internal control activities. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward); Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity; Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Basic familiarity with administrative processes is desirable; Availability to intern for 4 to 6 hours per day. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** 4h or 6h **Benefits:** To be announced *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
