Job Summary: Melo Araújo is seeking a Legal Supervisor to manage the legal team, monitor deadlines, provide technical support, and control performance indicators in Natal, RN. Key Highlights: 1. Technical-legal support in case analysis and strategy **LEGAL SUPERVISOR** **Melo Araújo** operates in 11 Brazilian states, focusing on advisory/contractual and litigation services. Its core practice areas include Administrative Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Law. **Requirements and Skills:** * Law degree; * Dynamic, proactive profile with leadership skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience managing a legal team; * Knowledge of judicial and administrative proceedings within the firm’s practice areas; * Analytical ability for strategic decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Managing the legal team to ensure quality and efficiency in operations; * Monitoring deadlines and proceedings to ensure timely compliance; * Providing technical-legal support in case analysis and strategy; * Planning and distributing workload among team members; * Controlling performance indicators and preparing management reports. **Work Schedule and Employment Type:** * On-site, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. * Partnership arrangement, with contract registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Initial salary range for this position: R$3.873,71 to R$4.292,86; * Annual bonus; * Participation in the Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); * Career Development Plan, with opportunities for advancement. **Work Location:** Rua Doutor Paulo Pinto de Abreu, Lagoa Nova, Natal - Rio Grande do Norte, 59064-360, Brazil Join us and become part of a team constantly striving for success.
