Here, we build lasting careers and enduring bonds. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Department Maintenance and Organization: Ensure the department remains clean, well-organized, and properly signposted, contributing to an enjoyable shopping experience. * Team Management: Coordinate, train, and motivate the department team, monitoring goals and performance while promoting continuous employee development. * Inventory and Replenishment Control: Monitor product stock levels, restocking activities, and track item expiration dates and turnover rates to prevent stockouts and overstocking. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education; * Experience in one of the following areas (Produce); * Flexible availability for work hours. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Customer service experience; * Strong organizational sense; * Agility; * Teamwork skills. #### **Benefits:** * Monthly merit-based bonus tied to departmental results; * Hapivida Health Plan – 50% coverage for semi-private rooms (no co-payment); * Birthday Kit for employees to celebrate with their families. #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating 6-day workweek with 1 fixed weekly day off.
