Job Summary: The Reservation Agent ensures a unique and efficient service from the first contact through to reservation completion, resolving, managing, and retaining reservations to deliver the best guest experience. Communication, organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Reservation Agent’s mission is to ensure that customers seeking vacation rentals receive a unique and efficient service—from the first contact through to reservation completion. This professional is responsible for resolving, managing, and retaining reservations, guaranteeing the best experience for guests. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Respond to customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, policies, and other reservation-related information; * Provide detailed guidance and information about properties, including descriptions, amenities, location, and other relevant features; * Clarify questions and provide assistance throughout the entire reservation process—from property selection to transaction completion; * Manage any reservation modifications or cancellations, adhering to established policies and offering appropriate solutions to customers; * Deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service, demonstrating genuine interest in helping customers find their ideal accommodation; * Convert cancellations into active reservations. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proficient use of technology; * Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills; * Experience in commercial/sales roles is considered a plus; * Availability to work on weekends. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Base salary: R$1\.621,00 \+ R$41/day allowance (Meals \+ Transportation) Departmental and individual performance targets (commission) Employment type: CLT (44 hours/week) On-site work Work location: Ponta Negra \- Natal/RN Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (rotating Sunday shifts with the team and additional day off) **BENEFITS** * Hapvida Health Plan (optional enrollment \- 50% covered by the company); * Access to Odont Dental Plan (optional enrollment); * Access to TotalPass (fitness program); * Personalized psychological support; * Birthday day-off; * Life insurance; * Partnership with English school (Influx); * Partnership with SESC \- Natal/RN; * Various initiatives designed with you in mind ❤️ **ABOUT CARPEDIEM** ️??️ We are the largest vacation rental property management company in Northeast Brazil???
