If you identify with this and are interested in joining our team, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** Perform administrative and operational activities related to fuel distribution according to the company's internal guidelines, policies, and standards. * Schedule vehicles via system according to demand planning; * Analyze planning tools (D\+7\), sales, and fuel inventory levels to meet sales requirements; * Validate programmed volumes against vehicle needs by coordinating with carriers based on the monthly transportation plan; * Contact carriers to arrange vehicle availability and resolve potential issues impacting operations; * Monitor and track logistics cycles in real time; * Follow up on the execution of the daily operations plan for collections and transfers to replenish supply bases; * Identify and address deviations occurring during operations; * Manage electronic timekeeping based on routine management procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **Required:** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel; * Basic English. **Desired:** * Completed or ongoing higher education; * Knowledge of Power BI. **Skills:** * Dynamism; Flexibility; Adaptability; Resilience; Sense of urgency; Interpersonal skills; Strong communication skills; Planning and organization. **Additional information** **ATTENTION:** * Pay close attention to the required qualifications, as they are **eliminatory**; * To participate in the internal selection process, employees must **mandatory** have a minimum of 12 months with the company or since their last job movement (current role) **at the time of application**; * Salary must not exceed the amount offered for the position; * The candidate's current job level will be compared to the level of the open position; * The employment history of the applicant will be evaluated; * In case of family relationships with employees in the same department as the open position, a conflict of interest assessment will be conducted with compliance; * At the time of application, it is necessary to enter the current manager's email in the "recommendation" field so that they are informed about the employee's participation in the selection process. * **Note:** For interns: Minimum of 6 months with the company (Assistant role), 12 months with the company (Junior Analyst role).
