Responsibilities and Duties * Develop, maintain, and analyze logistics performance dashboards—such as **OTIF, utilization, and occupancy**—ensuring data reliability. * Monitor and analyze **transportation and warehousing costs**, identifying opportunities and proposing actions for **cost reduction and efficiency improvement**. * Map end-to-end logistics processes, identify **deviations, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies**, and support implementation of operational improvements. * Design and structure **logistics and service solutions** for new business initiatives, considering operational feasibility, costs, and service level. * Improve and **automate manual reporting routines**, increasing productivity, standardization, and data accuracy. * Support decision-making through data analysis, management reports, and results presentations. * Collaborate closely with Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, Commercial, and Finance departments. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering**, or related fields. * Prior experience as a **Logistics Analyst** or in related roles. * Knowledge of logistics performance indicators (**KPIs**, etc.). * Experience in **process mapping and improvement**. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with **BI tools** (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to work with data, deadlines, and multiple concurrent tasks. Desirable Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or complementary courses in Logistics or related fields. * Additional courses in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or Logistics Performance Indicators. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
