If you are passionate about high-end automobiles and wish to join our team in a continuous learning environment—sharing knowledge and being recognized for your performance—explore our opportunities and become part of PG Prime! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage recruitment and selection processes of **low complexity**; * Perform verification and **onboarding registrations**; * Monitor new employees’ performance and adaptation through probationary period evaluations; * Engage employees in using online training platforms; * Disseminate HR norms, guidelines, and policies; * Organize internal events and support larger external events; * Conduct offboarding processes/interviews; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Accounting. * Effective Communication, Strategic Focus, Empathy and Customer Orientation, Leadership, Resilience, Sense of Ownership, Emotional Intelligence; * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact empathetically with employees.
