Responsibilities and Duties * Support onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records. * Assist in payroll processing, vacation pay, 13th salary, and termination settlements. * Monitor electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and overtime. * Organize and update labor and social security documents. * Support benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal voucher, health insurance). * Generate reports and provide support during audits and inspections. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred, currently in progress). * Prior experience in HR department routines. * Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) and payroll/time-tracking systems. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Desired Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
