Key Responsibilities: * Lead the calculation and disbursement process for Variable Compensation Programs. * Serve as the point of contact—or coordinate internal client support—for general compensation-related inquiries. * Execute and/or coordinate integration processes for acquired companies. * Manage salary tables and benchmark references. * Coordinate position approval processes (headcount control). **We are looking for someone who has:** Required: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Solid experience in Compensation and related technical expertise. * Experience with Variable Compensation Programs and/or KPIs. * Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools. Desirable: * Experience managing teams. * Experience in the healthcare sector or organizations with similar dynamics. * Familiarity with Mercer methodology. * Knowledge of data management/People Analytics.
