If you are passionate about high-end automobiles and wish to join our team in an environment of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and performance recognition, explore our opportunities and become PG Prime with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * The Sales Assistant must perform pre\-sales service, direct and introduce customers to the sales consultant; * Manage the reception system, schedule, visits, and customer follow-up; * Prepare service orders for new vehicle sales consultants; * Listen attentively to customer requests; * Complete the follow\-up form and/or enter the customer's name and phone number into the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; * Direct customers promptly and enthusiastically to the appropriate area; * Understand customer needs; * Register and update records of customers visiting the dealership from the sales showroom. * Prospect leads; * Conduct customer NPS surveys. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; undergraduate studies preferred, preferably in Administration or Commercial Management; * Basic knowledge of various new vehicle models.
