Responsibilities and Duties * Record and track incidents of cargo damage occurring during transportation, storage, or handling. * Issue detailed damage reports, including photos and supporting documentation. * Monitor damage indicators and propose corrective actions jointly with relevant departments. * Support reimbursement processes and negotiations with carriers, suppliers, and customers. * Update internal systems with incident-related information and resolution status. * Assist in root cause analysis and prevention of future damages. * Maintain clear and objective communication with operational and administrative teams. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields currently underway is preferred). * Prior experience in administrative or logistics routines. * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Power BI). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in transportation, warehousing, or distribution companies. * Knowledge of logistics performance indicators and reporting. * Familiarity with quality management and loss prevention processes. * Proactivity and ability to handle conflict situations or negotiations.
