Responsibilities and Duties * Support Electronic Timekeeping routines. * Control electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and overtime hours. * Verify and validate overtime payments. * Record medical certificates and other attestations. * Organize and update timekeeping-related documents. * Generate reports and provide support during audits and inspections. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources is desirable). * Prior experience in HR department routines. * Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) and payroll/timekeeping systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility. Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources. * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Knowledge of eSocial and other ancillary obligations. * Familiarity with TOTVS system. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
